Rebecca C. Hartsfield of Millbrook has been charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony.
Her arrest was announced on Friday, Oct. 5 by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Poughkeepsie Barracks, New York State Police Community Narcotic Enforcement Team and the Village of Millbrook Police Department.
The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
